Getting started

How access is requested, how a company is provisioned, and what your first sign-in actually looks like.

Requesting access

There is no self-serve signup and no published price list. Filing a request at /signup does not create an account or a company: it goes to a person, who reads it, talks to you about how your payroll actually runs, and only then quotes a price and sets up your company's account. Nothing is created by sending the form.

This is deliberate. Pricing is negotiated per company, not per plan, and a company account is not something a public form should be able to create on its own.

What happens after approval

Once your request is approved, the platform sets up an account for your company and creates an invite for your first admin account. That invite is emailed to the address you gave, and it is also shown for copying if you are setting things up alongside someone. Opening it takes you to /invite/[a one-time token], where your admin sets their first password. From that point the account is real and sign-in works like anyone else's.

Signing in

Everyone signs in with an email address and a password: your HR admin, your managers, and every employee, with no exception for people who do not have a personal email address of their own. Someone in that position is simply given a company-assigned address by their HR admin, because every account, without exception, needs one to sign in with.

/login is the one page for this, for both company users and platform staff. It figures out which kind of account an email belongs to and sends you to /dashboard or /admin accordingly. If your company has switched on the second factor, or if you would rather not type a password, an emailed one-time code is offered there too. There is no SMS or WhatsApp option and no sign-in by phone number or employee code; email plus password (or an emailed code) is the whole door.

The first few days

Your policies, not your data, are the fast part. Grace periods, the leave year, lateness rules, bonus conditions: these are all settings your account manager sets for you on request, never custom code written just for your company, so turning one on or adjusting it does not wait on a release. What takes real time is entering your own data: employees, salary structures and opening leave balances. There is no way around that part, because it is the part that has to be right.
